At Millard South Wrestling Club, we offer 5 specialized groups to cater to different skill levels and goals. The White Group is for our kids 4-6 years of age just looking to get familiar with the sport, only meeting once a week starting in December. The Blue Group is designed for beginners with 1 to 2 years of experience or those with more than 2 years but a losing record, focusing on foundational skills. The Red Group is for wrestlers with over 2 years of experience and a 500 record, emphasizing skill development and consistency. The Purple Group is an all-girls class for wrestlers of all levels, providing a supportive environment for female athletes. Lastly, The Black Group is our elite traveling team, participating in out-of-state and high-level tournaments, and requires wrestlers to be state placers to join, aiming to challenge and showcase our top competitors.
